At Clarté, every order is made with care. Below you’ll find details on how we handle shipping, returns, and refunds for both physical and digital products.

Physical Goods

Shipping

  • The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Estimated delivery times:

    UK & EU: 3–7 business days

    USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

    Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

    (Please note these are estimates only; customs and local carriers may occasionally cause delays outside our control.)

  • Any additional customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local import office if you’re unsure.

Returns & Refunds

  • Most of our products are made-to-order to reduce waste and warehouse storage. This means we typically don’t accept returns.
  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of your order date and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
  • We’re unable to offer exchanges at this time.

Digital Goods

Delivery

  • Digital files are delivered instantly via download after purchase.

Refunds

  • Because digital files are available immediately, we cannot offer refunds once the order is completed.
